Behold the Anti-Lady Gaga:

Gao Yuanyuan for PETA

This is Chinese actress Gao Yuanyuan, thirty-one, doing a promotional piece for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals: the dress is made of, yes, lettuce, and the necklace of chili peppers.

If you’d rather see the young lady in something less edible:

Gao Yuanyuan not for PETA

(Latter photo from sina.com.cn, in case you thought you saw a tattoo.)

She displays her entire diet, on the 1st photo. Only eating no fat, no meat, no carbs since birth a woman of 31 can achieve arms like that…

Who wants that diet? And who wants arms like that?

Not sure I consider spaghetti arms something I’d want to achieve (I’m working on strength and definition) but I suspect bad Photoshop in that photo. There’s something off about the proportions. Her arms look too long (puppet warp, anybody? Did the Knoll brothers have an inkling what uses their software would be put?) I did a Google image search for pix of the lady, her arms are pretty slender but they at least look normal in most pix.

Not to mention that the sleeves on that grey outfit look at least somewhat filled.
