Are you a neoconservative?

You could always take that tedious test at The Christian Science Monitor, or you can try the ideology on for size with Bruce's Neocon Simulator.

(If anyone cares, the Monitor thinks I'm a realist. The results are, as they say, "not scientific".)

They called me a neocon. It was news to me that I "Promote the development of an American empire".

Maybe I can convince General Zod.. er Bush to make me the ruler of Australia.

They also told me I'm a Realist.

General Zod. Heh.

Seems I'm a neocon too. Since I agree with them on foreign policy and that's what the test was about, I expected that outcome.

funny, I always assumed it was a testosterone based line of thinking. I could simply turn off my critical thinking skills and go straight into neocon mode. I was careful to do so before operating heavy equipment though...

back to the drawing board.

I don't have a stock answer or view for any of these questions, exactly. Sometimes I do, and sometimes don't. So, I didn't answer any of them, and it called me an Isolationist. It *should* have spouted out:

Based on your answers, you are most likely an apathist.

But, this is another one of dozens of polls designed to make people that don't give a rat's ass about whose hand is in your wallet feel like they really should care, and that it makes a difference. It is my right as an American citizen to not vote, not give a hoot, and still retain the right to complain about anything I damn well want to, whether it's my fault or not, through action or inaction. That's why I live here. Just about any other country would have executed me by now, or made me their leader, if it was France.
